Estimate Notice: This estimate is an approximation and is not guaranteed. The estimate is based on information provided from the client regarding travel requirements. Actual cost may change once all travel elements are finalized or negotiated. Prior to any changes of cost, the client will be notified. Estimate valid for 30 days.

Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 100% of the reserved services.

Luxury & Party Vehicle Policy: For Sprinter party buses, regular buses, stretch limousines, and all luxury vehicle bookings, full payment is required upfront at the time of reservation. Cancellations made less than one (1) week prior to the scheduled service date will be subject to a 100% charge. Cancellations made more than one (1) week in advance will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
